Kekova (Sunken City) Boat Trip by Glass Bottom Boat
Kekova region is one of the most beautiful spots on the Mediterranean. You will have an
opportunity to visit the tiny village of Kaleköy(SIMENA) and swim in the lovely bays of turquoise water. See the sunken city that was destroyed by a series of earthquakes at the turn of the first millennium. The ancient citys remains are visible by glass bottom boat. As this is an archeologically protected area, no swimming is permitted, however we will be stopping at Tersane Bay where there
is plenty of opportunity to view more sunken ruins whilst swimming and snorkeling.
Tour program
10:00 Meet at our office and drive to Üçağiz Village (09:30 for our Kalkan office).
10:30 Board the glass bottom boat at Üçağiz Village.
10:30-16:30 Explore the Kekova region by glass bottom boat whilst learning the history of the
sunken city by our experienced guide. Throughout the day, we will take multiple swimming breaks in various bays of the Kekova region.
16:30-17:30 Stop at Simena (ancient Lycian city) to visit the Castle and explore this pretty village.
18:00 Arrive at Kas (18:25 Arrive at Kalkan)
•There is no music broadcast on the boat.
•Number of people is limited on the boat. (Max: 60% of the boat capacity.)
•Lunch is provided onboard. We offer 7 different Turkish Mediterranean dishes and a serving of barbecue.
•During the tour, you will always be accompanied by a guide.

Saklikent Gorge is the longest gorge of Turkey which is located in a spectacular natural park
full of pine and cedar trees, semi-nomadic villages and ancient cities (Xanthos-Patara).

Sea kayaking is the best way to get up close to the 3000 year old ruins of the sunken city.

10:30-13:30 Hiking on one of the oldest trading ways; take in the fresh air of the TOROS Mountains and enjoy plenty of photo opportunities. A great Highlight of this trek is taking in the spectacular view of Kas from 300 metres up!

Gürsu Village-Kasaba Plateau Track
This route is 35 km long where half of it is over rough terrain and other half over tarmac.

10:15-14:00 During the first 8 km, we will be going up the hill and reach 1500 metres up on the mountain. Passing through a forest of cedar and pine trees, we will be coming down the hill and arrive at Kasaba plateau.

Tandem Paragliding
Discover why the birds sing. Tandem paragliding is designed to carry a pilot and one passenger together. After a few steps, you will take off, AMAZING!!! You will take off 800 meters high and then land in the Kas harbor area. Paragliding takes between 30 to 40 minutes depending on weather conditions.
